We acquire your data above all to ensure the faultless delivery of our web content. Furthermore, you data may serve to analyze your user behavior.

There is no way of protecting such data with absolute security against unauthorized third-party interception.

The responsible data controller is Oesterle GmbH. This includes all decisions made by any natural or legal person with regard to the purposes and means of our personal data processing, whether acting alone or together with others.

Your rights to your data

Withdrawal

Many data processing procedures will take place only after your explicit consent. As a matter of course, you have the right to withdraw your permission or any given consent at any time with effect for the future. Requests for erasure shall not affect data required for any billing or accounting purposes.

SSL encryption

For data security reasons and for protecting the data transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests sent to the operator of this website, we use SSL encryption. Secure connections are indicated by a change from http:// to https:/ and by a lock icon in the browser’s address field.

Once SSL encryption has been activated, the data you may be sending to us cannot be tapped by any third party.

  • The disclosure is legally justified and required according to GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, point b. for execution of contracts concluded with you. Categories of appropriate recipients shall comprise technical service providers assigned with the delivery of website content and with the execution of partially automated communication between users/data subjects and website provider/controller.

Essentially, this necessitates that the providers of such content (hereinafter “third-party providers”) are able to recognize the user’s IP address so that the content can be transmitted to and displayed on the user’s device. As website operator, we strive to include only content from third-party providers who will use the IP address only for the purpose of content delivery. However, we have no influence on third-party providers who may save IP addresses e.g. for statistical purposes. We will apprise users, accordingly, if we should become aware of such incidents.

This website uses Google Maps, a web navigation service provided by Google Inc.

The use of Google Maps requires the storage of your IP address. In principle, this information is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. We have no influence on this data transmission.
